  • Black Friday items will only be reserved after completion of payment. It will not be reserved for 7 days as our usual policy and therefore;
  • We strongly recommend paying by card, however, if you choose to pay by bank transfer please note that we require proof of payment immediately to secure your order - we cannot be held responsible if a product is sold out in this case.
  • Pay later options such as at a therapy appointment or on collection will not be accepted.
